Shipping
We currently ship to CONUS (Continental United States, lower 48 states) and OCONUS (Outside of the United States such as Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories & Possessions like Guam and Puerto Rico) via UPS and USPS ground shipping. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses as well. Due to the rising cost of fuel and shipping, we offer a flat rate from $7.95-$14.95 for all orders using our US Simple Rate Shipping that takes anywhere from 3-8 business days and up to 26 days for OCONUS, excluding federal holidays. Shipping is based on destination and weight. We opt for the best possible shipping options to get your order to you in a safe and timely manner.
Please ensure you submit an accurate address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any inaccurate information that's provided. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final. Any inaccuracies will result in subsequent reshipment fees and reorder charges incurred by you. We will not be held responsible for orders that arrive damaged or become missing during shipment. If this occurs please reach out to our shipping partners for support, additionally please contact us esse@esse-organics.com.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We do not not ship to P.O. Boxes domestically nor internationally.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders placed through our site ship within 1-3 business days. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order. We make our products by hand in small batches, if a product is out of stock, you can purchase in advance (pre-order) and we will ship your items as soon as possible. Please note, out of stock products could take up to 5-7 weeks to be made available and shipped to you. You will have up to 2 hours to cancel your order, if you wish to not make a purchase or until your order status changes to Shipped (labels created). Once your order changes to shipped or labels created, you will not be able to cancel your order. You will be sent order confirmation and tracking information via email as well as this information displayed in your account (my orders).
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 26 days.
Free Shipping - (US Only)
For orders over $100, we offer free shipping. During checkout, if your order subtotal is above this amount excluding taxes, discount codes, and shipping, you will be offered to select this option. Free shipping will be standard ground shipping and could take up to 8 business days CONUS or 26 days for OCONUS and Military addresses.
International Shipping
We offer a simple flat rate international shipping of $36.95 for orders weighing 4 pounds or less (1.8 kilograms) to any destination in the world. Canada shipments will be $28.95 flat rate shipping for orders weighing less than 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms). Please note that we do not cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may incur with international shipments. These charges are not included in our shipping fees, please contact your local customs office for more information regarding such fees. Orders outside of the US and its territories (i.e., Mexico, Belize, UK, etc.), will utilize International Simple Flat Shipping. We do not offer free shipping on international orders. If your order weighs more than 4 pounds for all countries and more than 10 pounds for Canada, you will be notified of potential options prior to shipment.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 1pm ET to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We only allow shipment to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please create multiple orders as necessary.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We strive to provide the best organic and natural products for your mind, body, and home and sometimes we get it wrong. Each customer is limited to one return or exchange per customer in cases of dissatisfaction within a 14 day calendar period upon delivery. Products are to be unopened nor used and in it's original packaging. Please note if the safety seal is broken for any product in your order in which you wish to return, the item will be deemed final sale and unreturnable or unexchangeable nor refundable. Returns are only permitted on the first order made through your account. Return shipping fees will be incurred by the customer or can be deducted from the refund amount, resulting in a partial refund if this method is selected. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. After 14 calendar days of delivery, all sales are deemed final. All international orders are deemed final sale.
If you receive the wrong product(s), please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of delivery (US Only). Appropriate proof of purchase and images may be requested at any time. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will send you the correct product(s) via standard ground shipping as well as send you return labels for unopened nor unused product(s) in your order. Please note, if the wrong product(s) has been opened, used, or seal broken, item(s) will be deemed final sale and not refundable, unreturnable, nor unexchangeable.
Due to the handmade nature of our products made in small batches and personal care health safety standards, we currently do not accept returns (only in cases of wrong products(s) shipped) – please gift any unused products with which you are not satisfied to friends or family members who might want to try something new that's organic and natural. This applies to all orders after your first order.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sales items, misfits (oddballs), gift cards, gift certificates, or orders that utilize coupon codes (discount and sales codes). All sales are deemed final.
In-Store Purchases: If you purchased an Esse Organics product from a retail partner, please refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly for specific information.
Reselling Products: It’s important to note that Esse Organics customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets, off-line markets, or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
